Welcome to EmpowerHer+237, a non-profit organization empowering young girls in Cameroon

EmpowerHer+237 is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering young girls and women in Cameroon by equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to thrive personally and professionally.

Through workshops, mentorship, and impactful events, EmpowerHer+237 provides a platform for these women to build resilience, adaptability, and leadership abilities, helping them break barriers and shape their futures.

Our mission is to bridge the gap for underserved women who might not otherwise have access to the resources or exposure necessary to unlock their potential. From practical tools and actionable insights to relatable stories of success, EmpowerHer+237 inspires participants to dream bigger, take bold steps, and create lasting change in their communities

Together, we’re fostering a generation of empowered women who are not just surviving but thriving, one connection, skill, and opportunity at a time.

EmpowerHer+237 did their first conference last year December in Limbe Cameroon under the theme; Navigating the professional world with grit.

After the conference, we mentor participants for a period of 11 months. Thus, ladies of the 1st cohort who signed on for the free mentorship program, were through this November and after this year’s conference we will have new mentees.

Our next conference/workshop will be from the 19th to 20th of December 2024 in Buea Cameroon with the theme; The Power of Adaptability & Resilience.
